Tarangire,Ngorogoro & Lake Manyara National Park
Day 1:Arusha – Tarangire National Park.
You will be picked up from the Airport and driven to Tarangire National Park for the day game drive with your picnic lunch boxes en route. In the evening, drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
The park is located slightly off the main safari route. Tarangire National Park is a lovely quiet park in Northern Tanzania that is most famous for its elephant migration, birding and quiet and authentic safari atmosphere. The majority of travelers to the region either miss out on Tarangire altogether or venture into the park for a matter of hours leaving parts of Tarangire virtually untouched.
Midrange- Marera Valley Lodge
Day 2:Ngorogoro Crater.
After an early breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area,descend to the crater floor for a game drive(5 hours). You can expect to see lions, elephants, Zebras, Hippos, Flamingos, Jackals, Rhinos Antelopes and many birds. The birds seen here include eagle, vulture, and flamingos in the Crater Lake, stork, bats, giant vulture, sacred ibis, kori bustard, blacksmith plover, long necked heron and the cattle eagle. Post the picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo pool, you will begin a steep ascend to the top exit of the crater. With a 2hr drive left to your accommodation, the day will come to a close. Freshly made delicious dinner is kept ready for you at your chosen accommodation. All these days of the safari, will have you quite tired and a good rest is essential. The next day you will begin the last leg of your safari.
Midrange- Marera Valley Lodge
Day 3:Lake Manyara National Park.
The day will be dedicated to a game drive along at Lake Manyara National Park. The park has high concentrations of baboons and monkeys in the northern. You will also have the opportunity to see the rare tree-climbing lion, Giraffes, Elephants, Hippos, Impalas and lots of birds. After all activities drive to Arusha/Airport for drop off.
